In August, Fushun was a hot place full of enthusiasm, with a continuous high temperature of more than 40℃. However, such weather could not stop BOMESC from donating for education to Fushun No. 1 Middle School.

At 9 AM on August 18, Hong Fuxiang, the President of Fushun County Education and Sports Bureau, Song Yanqian, the Secretary of the leading Party group of the County Red Cross, Chen Jixiao, the Secretary General, Wang Xin, the Vice President of BOMESC and the Secretary of the Board, Sun Huaifa, the Manager of HR & Administration Department, Song Yang, the Manager of Securities Department, Cheng Song, the Headmaster of Fushun No. 1 Middle School and other school leaders, and more than 50 recipient students and parents gathered in the auditorium and participated in the “2022 BOMESC Ceremony of Donation for Education in Fushun". 

At the donation ceremony, Hong Fuxiang, the President of Fushun County Education and Sports Bureau, Song Yanqian, the Secretary of the leading Party group of the County Red Cross, and Cheng Song, the Headmaster of Fushun No. 1 Middle School, delivered speeches respectively. They expressed their sincere appreciation and high respect to BOMESC for its nine consecutive years of donation and delivery of loving kindness and charity, and expressed their expectations on the recipient students to study hard and strive for progress, serve the motherland and build their hometown.

Wang Xin, the Vice President of BOMESC and the Secretary of the Board, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. While introducing the development history and corporate culture of BOMESC, President Wang encouraged the recipient students to be fearless of the current difficulties, adhere to their dreams, work hard and make contributions to their hometown and the society. President Wang delivered the company’s intention to continue paying attention to the performance and development of the recipient students, witness more excellent students from Fushun No. 1 Middle School entering their ideal university, and the company’s intention to continue this public welfare undertaking, so as to make more students benefited, and influence more people by the corporate public spirit.

After the donation ceremony, accompanied by school teachers, the home visitation of more than 10 students were carried out. It is learned from the home visitation that, in recent years, some rural families are living in penury though the government has offered relevant relief policies on local education, which is unable to guarantee the basic schooling fee and necessities of life, still needing support. The 30 students receiving donation are all excellent in character and learning and from poor families, whose parents are mostly working in other provinces. What is more heart-rending, in such unbearably hot summer, with only one set of electric fan in their home, the students not only need to farm work in fields, but also do some odd jobs to support their families. A parent of a student said excitedly in dialect, thanks to the donation from the company, the donation really solved the problem on the children's schooling fee!

The donation for education in Fushun has been carried out for nine consecutive years since 2014, with the donation amounting to RMB 1.65 million. 270 students from poor families were supported, for realizing the college dreams of numerous students, and helping them move forward. The benefaction has also witnessed many recipient students stepping into and contributing to the society. The company fulfills its social responsibilities with practical actions, manifesting the public welfare undertaking of BOMESC people. May the power of this love bloom all the way!
